You must ‘struggle well’
I believe that to struggle well should be one of our main goals in life.
Struggling well means approaching adversity with a positive mindset, finding lessons and meaning even in the hardest moments. It's about recognizing that every struggle, whether big or small, holds an opportunity for growth.
I believe it is through struggle that we become better versions of ourselves. But this transformation only happens if we adopt the right attitude. In other words, we need to learn how to struggle well.
Albert Camus famously wrote, "One must imagine Sisyphus happy." But I believe we must go further: we must become Sisyphus. That is, we must learn to find joy and purpose in the pursuit of the difficult, even when the task seems endless or futile.
Whenever I face a struggle, I remind myself that it’s an opportunity to learn. I tell myself that each challenge is a chance to overcome my own limitations, to become stronger, wiser, or more resilient.
The more I push myself to struggle well, the more I grow—not just in skill or achievement, but in character.
