Just received this feedback from a notoriously hard-to-please customer:

I’m finding working with Jacek and Milind on this project to be very good.

Jacek has been good at helping me “make things happen” – good at circumventing potential blockers.

Milind is a great techy.  He explains things very clearly to me in a language I can understand – which I appreciate greatly.

You understand that this is the equivalent of getting a 10 from Craig Revel-Horwood!
